2018 IPLOCA HEALTH & SAFETY AWARD WINNER
The 2018 IPLOCA Health and Safety Award sponsored by Chevron was presented during the Annual Convention held in London, in recognition of a significant achievement in this field.
Sue Sljivic, IPLOCA HSE & CSR Committee Chair, made a presentation on the work of the Committee and on the 2018 Health and Safety Award sponsored by Chevron, in presence of Anne Lapworth, Commercial Advisor, Supply & Trading, Chevron Products UK Ltd.
The Adjudication Committee decided to present the Award to Bonatti - J&P AVAX S.r.l. JV., represented by Oliviero Corvi in recognition of their "T-Rex" & Safety Revolution model, a more stable sideboom that features an advanced control system.
The Adjudication Committee made this award for the following reasons:
- it shows management commitment

- it is an innovative technology
- it has the potential to become an industry standard
