Working at Bonatti means becoming part of dynamic team committed to achieving challenging objectives in international and multicultural contexts.
During the last general meeting, the shareholders of Bonatti Spa approved the Consolidated Financial Statements for the year 2022 and confirmed the current Board of Directors with Giovanni Di Vincenzo as president and Andrea Colombo as CEO.
The 2022 financial statements show growth in all key figures, with revenues of approximately 700 million euros, an EBITDA of around 85 million euros, and a positive net result of approximately 4 million euros.
These numbers highlight how the 2022-2026 business plan had a positive start with a substantial improvement in the Group's performance. The results reflect a company that is experiencing growth in its core areas in line with the objectives set by the Board of Directors.
Specifically:
The acquisitions of the first quarter of 2023, with a total value of 364 million euros, confirm the growth trend of the Bonatti Group and further consolidate the order book.
The company, in addition to finding a promising market niche in "BESS" installations (fundamental for the future development of green energy), confirms itself as a protagonist in the natural gas sector, with plant engineering projects dedicated to "gas compression" and upgrade/optimization of storage.
Finally, the EPC water pipeline project acquired in Iraq, which Bonatti will execute in the south of the country, is the confirmation of the international leadership in the sector and the technical ability to operate in any environmental condition.
Working at Bonatti means becoming part of dynamic team committed to achieving challenging objectives in international and multicultural contexts.
