Bonatti is excited to announce the launch of our International Graduate Program 2024, designed to foster the personal and professional growth in the Oil & Gas sector of recent graduates in Engineering.

The program aims to provide a solid foundation for specialization and hands-on experience, essential for excelling in a challenging and high-level work environment. Participants will have the unique opportunity to significantly contribute to strategic projects in the international Oil & Gas industry, paving the way for a successful career in this field.

Starting on May 20, 2024, the program kicks off with a one week onboarding period at our headquarters in Parma. During this time, young talents will immerse themselves in our corporate culture, understand operational processes, and grasp the main objectives of the program. They will also build connections and relationships with colleagues, setting the stage for their professional journey.

Following the onboarding, participants will gain practical experience through job rotation in key project areas, including HSE, Project Control, Project Quality, Contract Management, Construction, and the Technical Office. This hands-on approach will enable them to apply the skills acquired during onboarding and deepen their understanding of the specific challenges and dynamics of the Oil & Gas sector.

Bonatti is proud to collaborate with universities in countries where we have a longstanding and strong presence, such as Mexico, Romania, and Egypt, to bring this program to life.
