On 9th June 2022, during the extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting, Bonatti’s Shareholders approved a share capital increase of 15 million with the aim to support the 2022-2026 Business Plan. Following the capital increase, the share capital is therefore equal to € 50,696,792.28

The capital increase was subscribed by the Shareholders IBH Srl (Gruppo IGEFI) and Parmalat spa and not by Ghirelli Investimenti srl.
IBH Srl (Gruppo IGEFI) subscribed the unexercised share of Ghirelli Investimenti srl.

Following the capital increase, the Bonatti Shareholder structure is as follows:

• IBH Srl (Gruppo IGEFI) 47%
• Parmalat spa 27,46%
• Ghirelli Investimenti srl 25,54%

The Shareholders' decision to increase capital is an important sign of their trust in the Company, in its Management and in all the People who make Bonatti live. This operation makes it possible to transmit to Customers and Financial Stakeholders the Shareholders' confidence in the path of restoring Company’s profitability and growth after the unsatisfactory results of 2021.

The Company thanks its Shareholders IBH Srl (Gruppo IGEFI) and Parmalat spa for their trust and support aimed at giving Bonatti Group the means to be able to carry on its activities and to achieve the targets defined for the five-year period 2022-2026.
