Carlo Gavazzi Arabia and Teksolar, Joint Venture for PV Solar Power Plants in Saudi Arabia
On the 4th of November, Teksolar (Teatek Group) and Carlo Gavazzi Arabia (Bonatti Group) announced the two companies have entered into a commercial agreement to offer integrated solutions for the installation of PV solar power plants in Saudi Arabia, where the combination of the companies’ complementary technologies and competences will grant more benefits for the clients.
Teksolar adds value in the Joint Venture with its branding, references and experiences in the mechanical installation of PV power plants, while Carlo Gavazzi Arabia provides its expertise in the electrical installation and logistic infrastructures in Saudi Arabia over the last 40 years,
This is an agreement between two companies strongly active in the Middle East which are targeting to be more competitive in the renewable energy sector in Saudi Arabia.
The JV Teksolar - Carlo Gavazzi Arabia will offer to all Saudi clients the quality consolidated by Teksolar in the execution of projects in Oman, Egypt, Jordan UAE, and the strong localization of Carlo Gavazzi in Saudi Arabia.
